Redmond colleagues had the honor of celebrating Mr. Ted Thomas (83 years young!) on his RECOVERY from COVID-19 after 42 days at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Mr. Thomas was admitted to Redmond on March 6th and was one of the first COVID-19 positive patients at the hospital. He was the first COVID-19 postiive patient at Redmond to require intubation and mechanical ventilation. But after 42 days (including time in Redmond's Inpatient Rehab Unit to regain his strength), Mr. Thomas was able to go home with his family on April 17th.
