Diabetes Care
The Diabetes Treatment Center (DTC) at Redmond Regional is a unique resource that offers educational programs for the treatment and management of diabetes. The diabetes team at RRMC works closely with the physician providing care for the patient in order to give the most precise and comprehensive education available.
The DTC staff assists physicians in the development of case management and monitors plans while providing the education and training necessary for the patient to care for their diabetes. We also provide education and training about insulin pumps, gestational diabetes, and the 15 content areas required by the American Diabetes Association for all diabetes patients. The Diabetes Treatment Center is nationally recognized by the American Diabetes Association for providing quality outpatient self-management education.
