Cardiology Services

Redmond Regional is the only hospital with a dedicated Chest Pain Unit in Northwest Georgia accredited to perform open-heart surgeries. In addition, we are the only facility in Rome where patients have access to a full range of cardiac services and have been performing interventional cardiology since 1986.

Redmond Regional also holds accreditation in heart attack and heart failure care from the Joint Commission and is Chest Pain Accredited with PCI designation by the American Chest Pain Society.
