Cancer Care
Oncology Services at Redmond Regional Medical Center are provided for both inpatients and outpatients. Our nurses are specially trained, and almost all of them have completed the National Oncology Certification status. Our nurses are dedicated and sincere. They tend to the patient's and family's emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. We have a Cancer Support group that meets monthly. In addition, various screenings are held and community education is provided. We hold a Cancer Camp, Camp Bluebird, for adult cancer patients. The unit is also accredited through the American College of Surgeons (ACOS) and the Commission on Cancer.
