Is your Heart’s Health Worth 6 Minutes of your Time?
Redmond Regional Medical Center’s AngioScreen® is a simple, non-invasive vascular screening designed to provide you with information about your circulation and your risk of heart disease and stroke. It involves no pain, no needles, no dye or radiation.
Are you at risk for a heart attack? Are you at risk for a stroke? Are you willing to take 6 – 10 minutes to find out? AngioScreen® includes the following eight important cardiovascular screenings:
- Carotid Artery Ultrasound
- Peak Blood Flow Velocity
- Body Mass Index
- Blood Pressure in Both Arms
- Ankle Brachial Index-Checking Blood Flow in the Leg Arteries
- Abdominal Aortic Ultrasound
Immediately following the screening, you’ll receive a color ultrasound picture printout with data showing your risk for heart disease and stroke and a consultation with a healthcare professional.
AngioScreen costs only $80* at Redmond. For a personal appointment, call (706) 802-3000. For Corporate, church, or civic group, call (706) 290-8012 or email Sharon.Dixon@hcahealthcare.com. For additional information or to view local participant testimonies, go to www.angioscreen.com.
